What is the I-BLU learning course?

The I-BLU learning course is a modern and effective English course for adult learners of English.

The course is skills-based and specially designed to enhance effective communication in a range of everyday situations and tasks.

It is simple to use and fully flexible, allowing learners to work at their own pace, independently or with a teacher, combining online with face-to-face learning.

How to start learning?

The I-BLU course consists of six distinctive Learning Pathways: a self-contained learning courses divided into multiple modules.

Instructions for taking the NGPT placement test

The I-BLU learning course is not a course for beginners. It is designed for intermediate learners, especially learners starting from the A2 level of English and progressing towards B1 and beyond, up to the B2 level of competence. You can check your initial level of English using the advanced online test, NGPT.
NGPT is the Next-Generation Placement Test that is easy to use and takes about 20 minutes to determine your CEFR Level from A1 to C2. You can take the test following this link: NGPT Test

To take the placement test you will need a device and an Internet connection. You can use a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. The questions are in the form of given options, gap-filling, and combining words in a sentence (drag and drop).

Step 3

After clicking on the link, it is necessary to enter the estimated level of language knowledge (this does not affect the test result itself). Testing reading & listening skills are optional.

Step 2

Enter your email address. By entering your email address, you will receive an email with a link to the test itself.

Step 4

Take the test. The test takes about 30 minutes, so plan your time and try to do the whole test in one sitting (without a break). At the end of the test, your result will appear on the screen.
